Using GVS Hub
Users are expected to provide accurate information, keep their credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. Shop and agent applications may require verification before access is activated.
Shop subscriptions and payments
Current implementation settings record shop rent as ₦10,000 per month, a free-registration promotion for the first 30 eligible shop applications, and a ₦1,000 reactivation penalty configuration. Final payment, cancellation, refund, suspension, and penalty terms must be approved by the client and counsel.
Referrals and marketplace fees
Agent referral compensation and the progressive GVS goods-sold fee are recorded in the implementation decision brief. The final agreement must define eligibility, timing, reversals, taxes, disputes, and payout conditions.
Changes and contact
The final version will identify the legal entity, governing law, dispute process, service contacts, effective date, and how material changes are communicated.
